The IV Republican Festival of Kalmyk Extreme, titled Kharngu khoon solngh or Rainbow after Darkness, took place on October 31, 2026, at School No. 23 named after P. M. Erdniev in Elista. Twelve teams of leaders from children's organizations across the republic and the capital participated in team trials and activities designed to test skills, team spirit, and abilities.
The district children's organization Itkl took an active part. At the conclusion, first place went to Altn Tsag from the Yustinsky District, second to Bichkn Solng, and third to Itkl from the Oktyabrsky District. Special nominations included Last Warrior for Dordji Dandykov of Itkl and other recognitions for individual leaders. Ombudsman of Itkl Yaroslava Razumova and organization leader Yulia Khaglysheva helped organize the event.
