The 2026 schedule for the annual tantric cycle at the Central Khurul, the Golden Abode of Buddha Shakyamuni in Elista. The monks have held the series for more than two decades and invited the public to take part.

Torgyak, a rite to remove obstacles, is Wednesday, September 30, 2026, in two sessions: 9:00-11:30 a.m. and 1:00-3:00 p.m. Jinseg, the fire puja, is Thursday, October 1, starting at 9:00 a.m. Yangdrub, a rite for luck, wellbeing, and prosperity, is Saturday, October 3, in two sessions at the same hours. Tangrak Kangso, a thanksgiving rite to protectors of the teaching, follows with two sessions starting at 9:00 a.m.

Believers may bring wealth vessels for consecration on September 30 and October 1-2, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., in room 317. Consecrated vessels are to be returned October 4-6 from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This item is a day older than the strict 24-hour cutoff, but it is the current public notice for rites beginning Wednesday.
